     You can place an order through:

     Currently, we deliver fruits and dry fruits all over Pakistan. You can check service availability by entering your delivery location during checkout.

  2. When will my order be delivered?
     Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days.

  3. Is there a delivery fee?
     Delivery charges apply to all orders. The amount may vary based on order size and delivery location.

  4. What payment methods do you accept?
     We accept:

  1. How is the fruit quality ensured?
     We handpick fruits directly from trusted farms. All seasonal fruits and dry fruits are quality-checked before packing. We use professional packaging to ensure freshness and safety.

  2. Can I return or exchange fruits?
     Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a spoiled or damaged item, please report it within 24 hours with a photo for a partial refund or replacement. (Dry fruit concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.)

  3. Is there a refund policy?
     Yes. If a refund is approved, 40% will be deducted to cover handling and logistics costs. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

  4. Can I cancel my order?
     Yes, you can cancel your order up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations after that time may not be eligible for a refund.

  5. Do you offer subscriptions or weekly boxes?
     Yes! We offer customizable weekly and monthly boxes of seasonal fruits, dry fruits, or a mix of both—for homes, offices, shopkeepers, and supermarkets. Contact our team to subscribe.

  6. Do you sell organic fruits and dry fruits?
     We offer organic products when available. These are clearly labeled as “organic” on our product pages.

  7. Can I gift fruits and dry fruits to someone else?
     Absolutely! You can place an order for someone else and include a custom gift message at checkout.
