Welcome to GoFruits! By placing an order on our website, mobile app, or through our representatives, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

  • GoFruits is a fresh fruit delivery service that sources and delivers high-quality fruits to customers.

  • By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  1. Orders and Deliveries
  • All orders are subject to availability. In the event a fruit is unavailable, we may offer a substitute or a refund.

  • Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of order. Please ensure the address is accurate and someone is available to receive the order.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or absence of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed at the time of checkout.

  • We accept online payments via secure payment gateways. Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa and Jazzcash
  1. Quality Assurance
  • We strive to deliver only the freshest and highest quality fruits. If you find any issue with the delivered products, please contact us within 24 hours.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Fruits once delivered are non-returnable due to hygiene and perishability.

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery, and evidence is provided.

  • For approved refunds, a 40% deduction will apply to cover logistics and processing costs.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders canceled after that will not be eligible for refunds.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

  • You shall not misuse the website or app or engage in any activity that disrupts our service.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Liability

  • GoFruits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed by you.

  • We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
